With over 25 years of property experience the company has expanded rapidly and has now grown its portfolio to in excess of £50,000,000. London & Central have no geographical bias to their portfolio and own property from Scotland down to the Isle of Wight.

Their unique hands on approach, has allowed them to achieve substantial improvements on yield from previously non-performing assets. All of our rentals are collected directly, although service charges are always collected by managing agents.

To ensure the most suitable team are employed on individual projects, London & Central assembles a project specific team of independent professionals on a deal by deal basis.
